Gadget Add-On Module (Generic Instrument Interface)
A customizable and extendable instrument interface provides direct access to spectroscopic data from your instruments. Measurements can be directly retrieved from your instruments or even the whole instrument can be controlled from the Gadget add-on module.
The Gadget add-on module can be combined with any panorama product.
The instrument interface is equipped with a set of default functions, which can be easily addressed depending on the instruments capabilities:
Real-time online data acquisition monitoring (2D and 3D data view)
2D and 3D measurement methods (ideal for kinetic approaches)
Automatic post-processing
Automatic data transfer and archiving in panorama projects
Default functionality can be extended by user defined functions and commands
Once the Gadget add-on module has been customized and adapted, a unique plug-in concept lets you connect to your instrument to panorama easily.
Requirements
Gadget requires a low level instrument driver providing basic communication with your instrument. Based on this low level driver, adaptation of the interface is performed. If you are not sure you have such instrument drivers, please contact us for advice.
