The Apply Signature Dialog is used to sign objects and to add signature
comments. It is invoked by the commands Sign
Object in the Tools menu
or the command Sign Project
in the Project menu.
The dialog looks like this:
Displays the name of the object to be signed. The object can be a spectrum
or a project.
Displays details of the user that is signing the object. The username
and the users data access role are displayed.
This drop-down box selects the signature comment that will be added
to the signed object. The available comments depend on the users data
access role. The administrator of the application is able to assign comments
to signature roles and to add customized comments. Please refer to the
Access Control for further information.
