Manage Data Access Roles

The command "Manage Data Access Roles" invokes the Data Access Role Manager to add, modify or remove data access roles from the data access role hierarchy. This command is only available after the initial Data Access Role setup has been completed using the Data Access Control Wizard or the command Setup Data Access Roles.

To start managing data access roles, please follow the instructions below:

  1. From the Security menu, select the Manage Data Access Roles command.

  2. The Data Access Role Manager will be started.

  3. Modify the data access role hierarchy or add/delete access roles.

  4. New data access roles need to be configured using the Edit Data Access Roles command in the Security menu.
