Manage Users

The command "manage users" invokes the User Manager to administer all users of the software. This command will usually only be available to the administrator. Users can be added, deleted, enabled, disabled, assigned to permission schemes and signature roles and password details (depending on the active security policy) can be determined. For a detailed description of all user management functions please refer to the section User Management in the chapter Security.

Manage Users menu command

To start the user management, please follow the instructions below:

  1. From the Security menu, select the Manage Users command.

  2. The User Management will be opened.

  3. Customize the user settings.

  4. Press the OK button to close the dialog.
