After more than 17 years, founder Alexander Holland-Moritz is passing on his shares to his business partner and co-founder Dr. Klaus Schuermann. Alexander is retiring after a long successful career and he is looking for new opportunities in private domain now.
We thank him very much for all he has done for labCognition and its employees and wish him all the best for the future.
New sole owner is Dr. Klaus Schuermann
Dr. Schuermann (Chemist) has shown to possess the right qualification and experience to lead the company. He will continue together with our employees to provide our customers with high quality and innovative spectroscopy software products and expand the business in the future. We are looking forward to working together on it.
